Kenton Elks offer annual Soccer Shoot
KENTON — The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge 157 in Kenton will host its annual Soccer Shoot competition for youth on Thursday at noon.

BATH TWP. — Bath used a solid pitching performance Thursday evening to defeat Allen East 8-0 in a District 5 ACME district championship game.
DELPHOS — Allen East's baseball team had a player named to the first and second team in the Northwest Conference by the coaches for the 2025 season.
ADA – Ada senior shortstop Levi Green was named second team All-Blanchard Valley Conference in voting recently conducted by the league baseball coaches.
KENTON – The visiting Ada summer swim team split a West Ohio Aquatic League dual meet at county rival Kenton Monday evening at the Kenton outdoor pool.
BELLEFONTAINE — Bellefontaine scored twice in the sixth inning Monday to win an ACME pitchers duel from Allen East 3-1.
ADA – Three players from the highly successful Ada softball squad were named first team All-Blanchard Valley Conference in voting recently conducted by the league coaches.
FINDLAY – The Ada softball team built a lead on pitching and power, then held off a late rally to defeat Montpelier 6-4 in a Division VI regional semi-final battle Wednesday, May 28 at Findlay High School.
Tessa Griffith, a senior at Ada High School, signed her letter of intent to attend The Ohio State University and study agricultural communication during the 97th Annual Ohio FFA Convention. She will enroll as a student in the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences and the Department of Agricultural Communication, Education, and Leadership this fall.
