Ada’s Keller-Clark Jefferson Award winner for ‘Sole Mission’ work

ADA — An Ada police officer is now associated with the likes of Ceaser Chavez, Oprah Winfrey, former President Jimmy Carter… to name just a few. Penny Keller-Clark has just been nominated locally within a five-county area, for a Jefferson Award, which is colloquially referred to as the “Nobel Prize for Public Service.” (Chavez, Winfrey, Carter have all been Jefferson Award recipients over the years.)

OhioHealth North Market Mobile Mammography Unit offers screenings during food drive

KENTON — For more than a year now, residents of Hardin County have been able to access healthy, fresh food and necessary household supplies every month thanks to a food distribution event from OhioHealth Hardin Memorial Hospital and the West Ohio Food Bank. For hundreds of people, it’s been a lifeline and now – there’s one event coming up that’s going the extra mile.
