Penny Keller-Clark has just been nominated locally within a five-county area, for a Jefferson Award, which is colloquially referred to as the “Nobel Prize for Public Service.” (Chavez, Winfrey, Carter have all been Jefferson Award recipients over the years.)
On March 5, Dustin Ray Bolen, a McGuffey man, pleaded guilty to the following charges: murder (F1), gross abuse of corpse (F3) and tampering with evidence (F3).

For hundreds of people, it’s been a lifeline and now – there’s one event coming up that’s going the extra mile.
