Coach Aaron Thompson noted that despite injuries to Ryan Sparkman and Colby Salyer, they will be ready for sectional action on Wednesday. USV will face Ridgemont, whom they defeated in regular season play, 58-50, on February 12. Overs and Wodarski were key to the win over the Golden Gophers the first time, and Coach Thompson said "the better they play, the better we are as a team. If they can get penetration, we can get layups."
