USV baseball lost their game last Wednesday, April 22 to Lehman Catholic, 15-2. The four-inning game saw Lehman-Catholic earning 14 of their 15 runs in the fourth inning.
Taking the loss was USV pitcher Derek Mullett, and helping with the duties of the mound were Jake Nelson and Gabe Smith. Troy Summa hit a double and Travis Craft had an RBI. Brian Roberts and Brandon Overs also collected hits during the game.

Vs. Fairbanks
It was a tight match Monday evening with Fairbanks with USV coming up one run shy of a victory. The Panthers won 13-12 in the league game.
Splitting pitching duties were Derek Mullett and Wes Krummery. Derek had 9 hits, 9 runs, 5 errors, 2 batters walked and 2 strikeouts. Wes had 7 hits, 4 runs, 4 errors, 5 batters walked and 5 strikeouts.
Travis Craft had two doubles, while Derek Mullett earned one. Kelly Gibson hit a homerun in the game.
