Liberty Bank in Ada collecting food/toys Dec. 4
On Friday, December 4, Liberty National Bank will be holding a Food and Toy Drive from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Ada Office located at 118 S. Main Street. Every individual that donates a bag of non-perishable food items or toys, will have their name entered into a drawing for a $50 Visa Gift Card. The donations will be distributed to the Ada and Alger food pantries.
Movie to be shown at Ada Library Dec. 4
The Ada Public Library will be showing Disney/Pixar's "Up" on Friday, December 4 from 4-5:30 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
Bloodmobile in Ada on Dec. 7
A Red Cross Bloodmobile will be held at the Community Health Professionals building (formerly Ada Visiting Nurses) on Monday, December 7 from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For an appointment, call 419-634-1333.
Ada Library hosts Santa on Dec. 7
Get your wish lists ready! Santa will be at the Ada Public Library on Monday, December 7 from 6-7:30 p.m. Parents, please bring your own cameras if you would like photos of your children.
Royal Neighbors Christmas party Dec. 8
The Royal Neighbors Lodge Christmas Party will be held on December 8 at 6 p.m. at the church. The meal is potluck style, and the meat will be furnished. There will also be a White Elephant Sale.
Auction at First Presbyterian in Ada on Dec. 8
On Tuesday, December 8, the First Presbyterian Church of Ada will hold a Holiday Supper and Auction to benefit the church kitchen renovation. The meal begins at 5:30 p.m. and includes soups, salads and dessert. Suggested donation is $6 for adults and $3 for children. The auction will begin at 7 p.m.
