PANDORA — Visiting Ada jumped ahead 5-0 early, but Pandora-Gilboa rallied late to post an 11-6 non-league baseball win Friday evening.
The Bulldogs fell to 4-16 with the loss despite a five-run second inning outburst. The Rockets evened their record at 10-10 after the victory earned on the strength of three consecutive three-run innings.
P-G tied the game 5-5 with a three-run third, then took the lead with two more three-run rallies in the fourth and fifth frames.
Bulldog sophomore Brayden Sautter continued his hot hitting with a double and single, and he also drove in three runs. Connor English also stroked a pair of run-scoring singles for Ada. Shane Downing and Cort Everhart each singled twice.
