UPPER SANDUSKY - Host Upper Sandusky defeated Ada 10-2 in a girls varsity

soccer match Thursday evening as Jaime Calvin tallied four goals.

After the Rams raced to a 5-0 halftime lead, senior Kendra Paul scored the

first Bulldog goal just 3:20 into the second half. But US then netted the

next five goals to build a 10-1 cushion.

Junior Annabel Pinkney netted the second Ada goal to finish the day's

scoring with just 20 seconds left.

The Rams outshot the Bulldogs 32-9 yet the teams finished with three

corner kicks each. Paul and Natasha Long combined to stop 13 shots in goal

for Ada.

The Bulldogs host Ottovile Monday, Sept. 24 at 5 p.m.
