ADA -- Junior outfielder Dan Belliveau and sophomore pitcher Nick Eltzroth were named First Team All-OAC to lead five Ohio Northern baseball players named All-OAC.
Junior outfielder Jack LaMarca and sophomore pitcher Ben Glischinski were named Second Team All-OAC and sophomore pitcher Zach Maier earned Honorable Mention All-OAC accolades.
Belliveau earns his second straight All-OAC honor and first First Team All-OAC accolade after posting the best season of his career.
He led the team in batting average (.361), hits (56), RBI's (42) home runs (8) and slugging percentage (.645).
Eltzroth earns his second consecutive All-OAC selection.
He went 5-0 in nine starts, with a team best 1.69 ERA and 38 strikeouts.
LaMarca hit .358 and led the team with 13 doubles and finished tied for the team lead with 39 runs scored.
This is the second straight season that he has been named Second Team All-OAC.
Glischiski earns his second consecutive All-OAC honor, after earning Honorable Mention All-OAC honors last season.
This season, he went 3-1 with a 2.55 ERA and 36 strikeouts.
Maier made 10 pitching appearances, making seven starts and going 4-3 with a 2.41 ERA.
This is his first All-OAC honor.
Under third year head coach Gene Stechsculte, Ohio Northern went 28-12 and finished tied for fourth in the OAC with a 11-7 mark. The 28 victories were the most since the 1995 season.
