ADA - The Ada boys and girls track and field teams each won a three-team home meet Tuesday on a warm and windy day.


The Bulldog boys dominated the relay events to score 100 points and defeat local rival Allen East (41) and Perry (30). Senior Levi Klingler won the 110 high hurdles and 300 hurdles, while classmate Brent Numbers took first in both the discus and shot put to lead the Ada boys to victory.

Senior Micah Roberson also captured first in the long jump and 200 meters, and was on two winning relays.

The Lady Bulldogs also won in a closer meet with 76 points, followed by Allen East (58) and Perry (30). Speedy junior Brittney Archer won three events, the long jump, 100 and 200 meters, to pace the Ada girls.
