TIFFIN - The Ada boys soccer team posted its most convincing win of the

season when the Bulldogs blanked host Tiffin Calvert 6-0 Thursday evening.

Ada improved to 2-6-1 with the shutout, and now stand 2-2-1 in North

Central Ohio Soccer Association play.

Cole East scored two goals and dished out a pair of assists to pace the

attack. East netted the first score on an assist by Caleb Garmon.

Garmon then dented the net on a pass from Ben Neville at the 20:20 mark of

the first half. Neville made it 3-0 at intermission by tallying with 14:19

to go in the half on a feed from East.

East began the scoring in half two 3:24 after the break on a pass from

Neville. Cesar Olvera scored from a Cory Kellum assist with 32:33 left in

the contest. Rylan Hissong added the final score at the midway point of

the second half on Kellum's second assist.

The Bulldogs put 23 shots on goal compared to just two by TC. Ada also

earned six corner kicks to zero by the hosts.

Ada keeper Tate Anspach made two saves.

The Bulldogs are slated to next play Thursday, Sept. 27 at NCOSA rival

Riverdale.
