HARDIN COUNTY - The next meeting of the Hardin County Democratic Central and Executive Committees will be held Wednesday, Feb. 13, at 7 p.m., at the Kenton Moose Family Center, 801 West Lima Street, Kenton. Committee members should park on the east side of the facility and enter at the lower level.

Final plans will be made for the Presidents' Day Luncheon to be held Saturday, Feb. 23, at noon at the Kenton Moose Family Center. The announcement of the keynote speaker will be made public as soon as confirmation is received. Tickets are available from Central and Executive Committee members or by calling or emailing Don Traxler 419-234-8506, dontrax@gmail.com. Reservations are requested by Saturday, Feb. 16. Carry outs will be available at 11:30 a.m. Donations are $15 per person with all students elementary through college donating $8.

Hardin County residents and guests who attended the Inauguration and other parties in Washington, D.C., will be sharing their pictures, memorabilia and stories about their experiences. Additional plans will be discussed for the potential Primary or Special Election to be held Tuesday, May 7, as well as the General Election on Tuesday, Nov. 5.

Persons who subscribe to the principles of the Democratic Party and intend to vote Democratic at the Primary Election are invited and encouraged to attend this meeting.
