Nathan Scott Getz, of Kenton, was convicted of five counts of trafficking in heroin in the vicinity of a school or in the vicinity of a juvenile and was placed on three years community control and fined $100 per count for at total of $500. Getz was also ordered to 75 hours of community service and to pay restitution in the amount of $250 to the Hardin County Sheriff's Office for drug buy money.
Jennifer Lynn Stalk, of Kenton, was convicted of one count of trafficking in drugs and was placed on community control for two years. Stalk was also fined $200 and ordered to perform 70 hours of community service. She must also pay $30 in restitution to the Hardin County Sheriff's Office for drug buy money.
Adam Lester Nichols, of Alger, was convicted of one count of having weapons while under disablility and was sentenced to 24 months in prison with the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections. Nichols was also fined $350.
